Chief Apostle Dr. Lisa Waller is a seasoned apostolic leader, educator, and visionary with a divine mandate to equip the Body of Christ with spiritual authority and Kingdom purpose across nations.

As founder of House of Blessings Holiness Church, Inc., Kingdom Prophet Institute (a fully accredited training school), and the Greater International Apostolic Ministry Equipping Center (Great I AM), she leads a global network of ministries from her headquarters in Virginia. The Great I AM serves as the epicenter for her far-reaching apostolic influence.

Dr. Waller's apostolic calling centers on uprooting, building, and equipping leaders across the nations. Her ministry uniquely blends deep prophetic insight with strong apostolic structure, raising and commissioning disciples, ministers, and marketplace leaders who carry Kingdom authority into every sphere of influence.

A passionate equipper with a heart for the nations, Chief Apostle Waller holds a Doctorate from C2C Equipping College. She resides in Williamsburg, Virginia, with her husband Apostle Anthony Waller, where together they are raising the next Kingdom generation.
